Passive Ability

MFC-2000

  • Any successful hit will apply an Easy MFC-2000 if the target doesn't have a collar already.
  • This collar cannot be removed below Easy unless all other bindings are removed.

Main Skills

Collar Arm Restraints

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Bound 1 Wires fly out of the collar and capture the target's wrists together in front.
10-13 Medium Bound 2 Wires trap the target's hands together behind the back.
14-17 Hard Bound 2 Elbows are pulled together by a second loop of wire, kept from falling down by a wire leading back to the collar. More wires wrap around the target, forming a chest harness.
18-20 Extreme Bound 3 Hands and arms are forced into reverse prayer by the wires, hands held inches from the back of the collar, another loop of wire holds the elbows together. A thin mesh covers the hands, forcing them into fists and keeping them from tampering with anything. A full torso harness wraps tightly around the target, each wire digging into the skin, the wires between the legs are especially distracting.

Collar Leg Restraints

Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Hobbled 1 Wires fly out of the collar and capture the target's ankles together.
10-13 Medium Hobbled 2 Wires trap the target's ankles and knees.
14-17 Hard Hobbled 2 Several loops of wire bind the target's ankles, knees, and thighs together, and cinch themselves tightly, making the two legs act as one.
18-20 Extreme Hobbled 3 Legs are bound and cinched into the frogtie position in several spots with the wires, wrapping a half a dozen times with each place, forcing the target to crawl around on the ground to move anywhere!

Integrated Target Muffler

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Gagged 1 A small ball gag pops out of the collar and buckles into the target's mouth.
10-13 Medium Gagged 2 A large ball gag fills the target's mouth and buckles tightly.
14-17 Hard Gagged 2 A harness wraps around the target's head, holding the large rubber ball securely in place.
18-20 Extreme Gagged 3 A leather panel is placed over the gag, keeping them even quieter and hiding their lips from view.

Integrated Target Blinding Apparatus

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Blindfolded 1 Blinders activate from the sides of the collar, limiting the target's peripheral vision.
10-13 Medium Blindfolded 2 The blinders close in, limiting view to directly in front of them.
14-17 Hard Blindfolded 2 Dimmed lenses cover the target's eyes, making it hard to see anything.
18-20 Extreme Blindfolded 3 Padded discs press over the target's eyes, blocking out all vision.

Torso Frame

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Breathless 1 A chest harness unfolds from the collar, and clicks shut around the target's upper chest.
10-13 Medium Breathless 2 The harness continues to unfold, wrapping around the target's waist.
14-17 Hard Breathless 2 The harness unfolds completely, clicking shut between the target's legs, and thin plates form a corset around the targets waist.
18-20 Extreme Breathless 3 The harness and corset cinch tightly, making the target gasp for breath.

Target Levitator

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Suspended 1 A small anti-grav bot detatches from the collar, and activates, lifting the target onto her tip toes.
10-13 Medium Suspended 1 A second bot activates, dragging the target from the ground entirely and holding her about a foot off the ground.
14-17 Hard Suspended 1 A third bot starts to orbit with the others, keeping the target hovering in the air against her will.
18-20 Extreme Suspended 1 The final bot activates, causing the target to float and spin in place helplessly inside the null gravity field.

Target Agitator

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Vibrating 1 A small vibrating egg is pressed against the target's crotch.
10-13 Medium Vibrating 2 A vibrating dildo replaces the eggs, increasing the distraction significantly
14-17 Hard Vibrating 2 Additional eggs press against the target's breasts as well.
18-20 Extreme Vibrating 3 A second dildo torments the target, and they spin and lurch on their own, keeping the target moving her hips.

MFC-2000

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Submissive 1 A low tech collar with a few features. It clicks shut with a simple latch.
10-13 Medium Submissive 2 An upgraded collar with a padlock dangling from the front.
14-17 Hard Submissive 2 This high tech collar has many useful features and sports an electronic password lock on the front.
18-20 Extreme Submissive 3 Top of the line collar with every feature you could need to capture your target. Its advanced lock can only be released by the Technomancer herself.

Integrated Noise Dampener

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-11 Easy Muffled Basic noise cancellation technology dulls incoming sounds.
12-20 Medium Muffled Advanced technology creates a null field around the target's head, blocking all sounds.

Ultimate - Capture Pod

  • Type: Spell
Roll Effect Level Statuses Description
2-9 Easy Variable Critical error, target has escaped internal restraint! Total containment failure imminent!
10-13 Medium Variable Warning!!! Repair systems malfunctioned, target has nearly escaped restraint!
14-17 Hard Variable The target is beginning to free herself inside the pod! Repair systems are online...
18-20 Extreme Variable The pinnacle of capture tech, this autonomous floating device can capture and restrain its target within itself, and includes hook ups for most traditional discipline devices.

Unique Skills

  • Roll 2d10 for Effect, ignoring Effect modifiers. Uniques do not require Hit rolls.
  • Only one Unique may be cast per turn.
  • Uniques may only be cast once per game.
  • Uniques do not use up a turn.
  • Uniques may be cast at any time during a player's turn.


Phaser

  • Type: Physical
  • Target is treated as if they are Moving.
Roll Effect
2-9 Malfunction. No effect.
10-17 Set to stun. Enemy player loses a turn.
18-20 Set to kill. Enemy player loses two turns.

Cloaking Device

  • Type: Physical
Roll Effect
2-5 Malfunction. No effect.
6-17 -3 Enemy Hit, lasts two turns.
18-20 -3 Enemy Hit, lasts three turns.

GPS Tracking Device

  • Type: Physical
  • Requires a Medium or higher level MFC-2000 to use.
  • Effect is deactivated if the MFC-2000 is reduced to Easy level.
  • Bonus is not applied to Unique rolls.
